The weekly career community email newsletters display tailored events, alumni mentors, career outcomes, and resources related to a student's selected career communities. Students can select up to five career communities through their Rutgers Handshake career interest profile. Institute for Research on Women

At the forefront of feminist research for almost fifty years, the Institute for Research on Women (IRW) advances interdisciplinary scholarship on gender, sexuality and women. IRW supports a broad range of programming designed to stimulate research and activism on gender, sexuality and women within and across the disciplines, throughout and beyond Rutgers.
