Ghada Endick
Ghada Endick has been a long-standing member of the Rutgers University-New Brunswick community for 28 years and served in a multitude of leadership roles within academic and student affairs for graduate student life, orientation and transition programs, student engagement, learning communities, and residence education. As the Assistant Dean for Graduate Student Life at Rutgers, she is responsible for supporting the quality of life for the graduate student experience, advocating for graduate students, and connecting graduate students to university resources. Dean Endick welcomes conversations with students to talk about their graduate student experiences.

Graduate Program Coordinator
Anika Sullivan
Anika Sullivan is a graduate student pursuing a Masters of Education in College Student Affairs at Rutgers University and holds a bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Peace & Global Studies. As the Graduate Program Coordinator, Anika assists the Office of Graduate Student Life in improving the overall graduate student experience by focusing on community-building programs, creating student-driven initiatives, and advocating for graduate students’ needs while serving as a resource.
